材料

• 400g squid, scallops, prawn or other seafood of your choice
• 320g cabbage
• 1/2 carrot
• 1/2 onion
• sesame oil
• 4 servings of yakisoba noodles
• 1 scant tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp chicken stock
• pepper
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 clove grated garlic
• a sprinkle of aonori

做法

  1. Peel your carrot and onion, then chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and seafood into bite sized pieces.

  2. Warm some sesame oil in a frying pan, then add your vegetables and seafood. Stir fry for a minute or two, then add the yakisoba noodles, along with a cup of water, the salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and chicken stock.

  3. When everything is cooked through, serve with a sprinkle of aonori.
