材料

• 40ml japanese sake
• 1 tsp gomme syrup or plain sugar syrup
• 15ml lime juice
• generous handful of mint leaves
• soda

做法

  1. Add the mint and some ice to a glass.

  2. In a shaker, add some ice, the sake, syrup and the lime juice. Shake well.

  3. Strain the shaker into your glass and top up with soda. Enjoy.

小贴士

• If you don’t have any gomme syrup, you can make a simple sugar syrup by mixing 2 parts sugar with 1 water and heating until the sugar dissolves. You’ll need to wait for it to cool down though, before you use in your cocktail.
