用日本的水果利口酒来创作一款有趣的色彩缤纷鸡尾酒吧。这几款果味鸡尾酒都带有一种桃酒的甜味以及梅酒的酸味,同时又各具特色,每一款都有着自己的独特味道。调上几杯果酒鸡尾酒,既可以作为餐后酒也可以在野餐会上和朋友开怀畅饮,或者仅供独自小酌。

材料

做法

  1. Momoshu and Ichi… Go
    • 30ml vodka
    • 30ml momoshu peach wine
    • 15ml strawberry liqueur
    • dash of fresh lime juice
    • yuzu peel

    1. Combine all ingredients (except the lime) together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
    2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well combined, and add a dash of fresh lime juice to a chilled martini glass before before pouring in the contents.
    3. Garnish with yuzu peel.

  2. Kirei on the Way
    • 40ml umeshu plum wine
    • 10ml cointreau
    • 10ml peach tea
    • 10ml lemon juice
    • a fresh strawberry

    1. Combine all ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
    2. Pour into a tumbler and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
