Momoshu and Ichi… Go
• 30ml vodka
• 30ml momoshu peach wine
• 15ml strawberry liqueur
• dash of fresh lime juice
• yuzu peel
1. Combine all ingredients (except the lime) together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well combined, and add a dash of fresh lime juice to a chilled martini glass before before pouring in the contents.
3. Garnish with yuzu peel.
