咖喱魔芋面

如果您曾经想尝试做一次魔芋面但却不知从何下手,那么现在就来试一下我们的咖喱魔芋面食谱吧。魔芋面是一种由魔芋属的植物(蒟蒻)制作而成的面,比起乌冬面、荞麦面以及素面,魔芋面所含的卡路里要低的多。这份食谱将魔芋面与咖喱和新鲜蔬菜组合,是一道非常有饱腹感且健康的美味面条。

材料

• 400g shirataki noodles
• 2 potatoes
• 6 asparagus stalks
• 1/2 carrot
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 0.5 tbsp chicken stock granules
• 1 tsp curry powder

做法

  1. Wash the shirataki and drain well. Cook the shirataki in boiling water for 1-2 minutes before draining again and setting to one side. Using scissors roughly cut the shirataki into shorter lengths. Next, peel the carrot and clean the potatoes, then chop the carrot, potatoes and asparagus into bite sized pieces.

  2. In a pan add 4 cups of water, the soy sauce, chicken stock granules, curry powder and bring to the boil. Add the potato and simmer for approx. 10 minutes.

  3. When the potato begins to soften add the shirataki, asparagus and carrot and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes then serve.

小贴士

- You can also use leek to give the dish more Japanese flair.
