让这道制作超简单的沾面助您在清凉中度过炎炎夏日的三伏天吧。沾面的字面意思就是浸渍面条,就是在食用前要将面条在鲜美的汤汁里蘸一蘸。午餐时间就来享受这道清凉料理吧,同时您也可以在下午茶时间来上那么一小碗。

材料

• 1 pack tsukemen noodles
• water
• chicken
• beef
• boiled egg
• cucumber
• tomato
• nori seaweed
• spring onion
• lettuce
• narutomaki steamed fish cake
• inariage fried tofu

做法

  1. Start by heating up the sachet of dipping sauce in tepid water. Please don’t put it directly in boiling water otherwise you may melt the plastic.

  2. To cook the noodles, simply boil one a large pot of water. Add the noodles to the pot in small batches and stir them around gently for approximately 8 minutes.

  3. While your noodles are cooking, we can prepare the soup. Open the sachet and put the sauce in a bowl before adding 80ml of boiling water and mixing well. Add any of the toppings listed in the ingredients above to your bowl of soup after you have sliced them into thin pieces. You can choose any ones you want, the only restriction is the size of your bowl.

  4. Once the noodles have cooked, rinse them in cold water and drain the excess water in a colander.

  5. Your dish is now complete, so sit down with some friends, serve up your noodles and soup and dip the noodles into the broth before eating and enjoying this delicious dish.

小贴士

- If you want, leave the noodles in a bowl of ice and allow them to chill while you are preparing the other ingredients. The different in temperature when you eat is quite the experience.

- If you prefer your noodles hot, just boil them for 7 minutes and rinse them with hot water before serving.
