If you like your sweet treats with extra fire, these easy wasabi chocolate truffles are going to knock your socks off. Each of these bite-size desserts takes the luscious richness of dark chocolate and offsets it with just a hint of clean wasabi heat, making for an exciting and unique chocolate experience. Enjoy after dinner with a cup of tea or coffee, and do not be afraid to customise with edible glitter, cake beads, and other decorations.

材料

100g dark chocolate (70% of the best quality you can find)
100ml double cream
10g butter
1 - 2 tsp wasabi paste, to taste
cocoa powder for dusting

做法

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Gently heat the milk but don’t allow it to boil.
  3. Put the chocolate, butter and wasabi into the warmed milk and stir until the chocolate is melted and everything is combined. Put aside to cool.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop or a spoon to shape the truffle mixture into balls. Roll in cocoa powder to coat. Enjoy.
