Wake up and smell the flowers with this special aromatic cocktail. An exercise in flavour balance, this cocktail combines the strong, almost pungent flavours of gin and lavender with the softer, more full-bodied flavours of elderflower, sake, and cucumber. A great cocktail for lovers of herbal/flower teas and similar beverages.

材料

30ml st germain
25ml josen sake
25ml jinzu gin
5 limes
1/2 small peeled cucumber
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
a pinch of dry lavender

做法

  1. Muddle the cucumber with the lime and the brown sugar.
  2. Add the ½ teaspoon of dry lavender.
  3. Fill up with crushed ice to the top and add the sake, gin and the St Germain last.
  4. Mix well.
