想吃香喷喷的炒面却又怕变胖?这份美味与低卡并存的金针菇炒魔芋丝食谱能满足您的需要。魔芋丝也被称作蒟蒻丝,它只有极低的热量或碳水化合物,却富含大量蛋白质,并且非常容易入味。以金针菇作为配菜制作的这道炒魔芋丝将会是您完美的瘦身主食。

材料

• 1 pack shirataki noodles
• 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
• 1 bunch of spring onions
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 small red chilli pepper
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• shichimi chilli powder (optional)

做法

  1. Boil the shirataki for a few minutes in order to take the bitterness. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar and chilli pepper in a bowl and set aside. 

  2. Remove any of the roots from the spring onion and cut the bottom ends from the enoki mushrooms. Slice the spring onion into approximately 3cm lengths.

  3. Heat up the sesame oil in a pan and add the shirataki noodles. Then add the enoki mushrooms to the pan and allow them to cook for a few minutes.

  4. Now add the spring onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar and red chilli peppers to the pan and cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately. If you want a bit of extra kick, try adding some shichimi chilli powder before serving.

小贴士

Remember Copydex, that interesting glue we used to use at school? The water used in the packaging smells a bit like that so it is always a good idea to wash or boil the shirataki noodles before preparing them to remove the slightly bizarre odour.
