Take advantage of the inherent flavours and aromas of different sakes by using them in various cocktails. This winter inspired cocktail combines Nigori sake (an unfiltered sake with a distinct ‘cloudy’ appearance and sweet, creamy flavour) with espresso coffee and milk foam for a rich and full-bodied flavour. This cocktail is a must-try for coffee lovers.

材料

50ml nigori sake
30ml amaretto
20ml kalhua
60ml cold espresso
milk foam

做法

  1. Shake all the ingredients really hard (15 seconds) with ice cubes. Strain into chilled coupe glass previously dusted with icing sugar. Enjoy.
