30g shio koji
750ml water
2 rashers of bacon
300g vegetables of choice (carrot, onion, cabbage, etc.)

做法

  1. Cut bacon and vegetables to preferred size.
  2. Add water to a pot and bring to the boil. Add bacon, vegetables and shio koji.
  3. Serve when vegetables are cooked through.
