材料

• 300g tofu
• sesame paste
• garlic paste
• ichimi togarashi chilli powder
• fresh lemon
• extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt

做法

  1. Rinse the tofu under water and allow to drain in a colander for 15 minutes to remove excess water.

  2. Place the tofu in a bowl and then add 3 tablespoons of sesame paste, 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and 1/2 a teaspoon of sea salt. Mix well with a spoon until the texture is smooth.

  3. Put the mixture in a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and a dash of ichimi chilli powder.

  4. Serve with bread, crackers or vegetables.
