Aoki Shuzo Kakurei Junmai Ginjo Sake, 300 ml
Made in the infamous sake producing prefecture of Niigata, this high quality, pure rice sake is one of a kind. The rice used to make this sake has been milled to 55% of its original size and been allowed to ferment without the addition of brewer’s alcohol, creating a well bodied yet mild flavour. With just a faint aroma and a distinct hint of umami, this sake is delicious either cold or just above room temperature, and goes beautifully with grilled steaks and other rich, meaty flavours.
