薄饼在日本极受欢迎。与英国常见的可丽饼那样的薄饼不同,日本的薄饼更加厚实、蓬松,充满了海绵一般的口感,并且风格比较偏美式。这种薄饼需要搭配经典的黄油以及枫糖糖浆,或者撒上红豆酱和红糖糖浆,带来地道的日式风味。

使用方法

• 碗里倒入全部预拌粉并添加140ml水(或150ml 牛奶)。搅拌均匀后静置10分钟左右。
• 将平底锅加热,转中火,小心地倒入1/4搅拌好的预拌粉,尽量呈现圆形。等待两分半钟(牛奶调和的预拌粉只需两分钟)。
• 当锅中的预拌粉面糊表面开始出现小气泡时,将预拌粉面糊翻面,再煎2分钟左右,直到完全煎好。想查看面饼是否煎好,可以用筷子扎进面饼中间。如果筷子拔出来时没有粘连,则表示已经完全熟了。
• 重复第二步和第三步,制作更多的美味薄饼。

Good general pancake mix. Doesn't rise as much as wheat based mixes, but high in fibre.

Handy small packets, higher in fibre but easy to digest type of fibre if you have Gastro issues, makes a tasty pancake! Blends well with regular full fat milk, water or soy - I've found it difficult to find such a version with easily digestible fibre that produced good results in supermarkets of health food shops!
