How Your Order Will Arrive
We pack all of our orders in plain brown cardboard boxes, so there is nothing on the exterior that would ruin the surprise. There are a couple of notes that we would like all of our customers to know so that your gift reaches your intended recipient.
● When placing your order, the email address on your account and the phone number on the delivery address will be passed onto the courier as contact details. If you do not want the courier to contact the recipient, then please include your phone number in these spaces for the delivery address. Also, no information in your billing address will show on the parcel.
● We recommend at least letting your recipient know that you have sent them something, or to expect a delivery. You do not need to say where it is from or what it is, but some recipients have refused parcels in the past since they were not expecting anything.
● For gift orders with age-restricted items, the recipient will need to sign and show confirmation of ID on delivery. We will also ask for the buyer's ID before dispatch to ensure no restricted items fall in the hands of those underage.
