Collection order returns can be returned to the original collection point, but please note that stores are unable to issue any refunds or alternative items on site. If you would like to return a collection order, you must notify email@example.com or call 020 3405 1151 and let us know of your intention to return the item(s). Failure to do so will result in delays of refunds, or refusal by stores to accept returns.
Damaged or faulty items can only be returned. Swapping for in-store stock is not possible. Should stock be available at the stores, you must purchase them separately at the store. Refunds for damaged/faulty collection items will only be made through contact with Japan Centre Online.
