Prova denna fantastiska matchagranola om du vill ha en frukost som garanterat gör dig redo för dagen. Det är ingen hemlighet att matcha är en av de hälsosammaste, mest näringsrika substanserna som finns. Förutom att matcha innehåller gott om enzymer och aminosyror har det dessutom en underbart uppfriskande, jordig tesmak som passar bra till många sötare rätter.

Ingredienser

200g rolled oats
150g mixed nuts
200g dried fruit
3 tbsp matcha powder
5 tbsp maple syrup
100g matcha chocolate, chopped
pinch of salt

Så här gör du

  1. Preheat the oven to 120C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Spread the oats over the lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice along the way. Remove from the oven, leaving the oven on.

  3. Place the par-cooked oats into a large bowl and mix in the chopped nuts and seeds. Add the matcha and toss through, so that it is evenly covered. Add the maple syrup and salt. Mix well.

  4. Spread the mixture back onto the baking tray and bake for a further 30 minutes, again stirring once or twice along the way. The mixture should become dry but not browned.

  5. Remove from oven. Add dried fruit and another good sprinkle of matcha and stir well. Once the granola is completely cooled, add the chopped chocolate. Store in an air tight jar.

  6. Serve cold with milk or yoghurt.

Tips och information

- For variety of flavour, try adding different kinds of dried fruit and nuts, including raisins, sultanas, dried apricots, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, and walnuts.
