• 350g soft silken tofu
• 125ml soy milk
• 125g ice
• 5ml honey
• 5ml cocoa powder
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

• 6-8 strawberries

• 125ml banana soy milk

• 1 fresh banana
