Seaweed is among the most commonly consumed types of vegetable in Japanese cuisine, which is hardly surprising given how close most Japanese people live to the sea. Seaweed is a fantastic natural source of umami flavour, and as such it is frequently used in Japanese cooking as a soup or flavour base, as an ingredient, and as a garnish. How To Use

Soak the wakame in plenty of cold water for 10 minutes or hot water for 3 minutes. The wakame will increase in volume by 3 times. Once ready, season as you like and enjoy!

Every day, I mix a small amount with 2 scrambled eggs and chopped tomato for breakfast. The product is very easy to use and very tasty. I would certainly recommend it

I use the product mostly in scrambled eggs and would certainly recommend it. The quality of the product was very good. At one time I ran out of your product and bought another Wakame from another supplier - it was awful, rigid stalks, inedible pieces and twice the price of yours.
