Background

Soy Sauce is now one of the most commonly seen flavours of ramen across Japan, particularly in the Kanto region (along with Miso and Salt). The use of soy sauce in ramen originated in Yokohama, and this flavouring is usually paired with mild, slightly sweet broths such as chicken or seafood.

How To Use

• Peel lid back halfway and remove flavour sachets.
• Sprinkle contents of garnish sachet over noodles and fill cup to inner line with boiling water (approx. 390ml). Close lid and leave for 3 minutes.
• After 3 minutes, peel back lid entirely, loosen noodles, add powdered soup sachet and stir well.
• Finally, add the liquid soup sachet and enjoy!
