Kimchi is one of the most popular nabe sauce flavourings used in Japan. Thanks to the large Korean population in Japan, as well as Korea’s close proximity to Japan, kimchi has become a widespread flavour used in noodle dishes, stir fries, and other types of Japanese cuisine.

How To Use

Nabe hot pot is simple to make:
• Add 200g thinly sliced pork and 300g white kimchi cabbage to a hot, lightly oiled pot.
• Add 800ml of water and 1 packet of hot pot sauce to a pot.
• Once heated through, add half a chopped spring onion, 2-3 chopped shiitake mushrooms, half a pack of shimeji mushrooms, half a block of chopped tofu, and about 4-5 small green peppers. Wait until cooked through then sit and eat together with friends.
