Udon noodles are the thickest of the white noodles and are famous for their fine, palatable and smooth taste, they are made from wheat and are generally whiter and softer in texture than other noodles.

How To Use

Simple and quick to prepare, these noodles can be enjoyed many different ways.
• Simmer the noodles in boiling water or soup for 3 minutes.
• Once cooked through, transfer to a bowl and enjoy with your favourite garnish or soup.
