Background

I always keep a stash of these. I love katsuobushi so much that I buy whole ones to "shave" for myself, but I often end up with powder rather than proper flakes. So these are my everyday flakes. They're good value, always nice and fresh, and consistent in thickness. I use them mostly as topping – on everything, really. There's not much they can't enhance.
