Background

Soba is one of the three most commonly eaten types of noodle in Japan (along with udon and ramen). Soba’s primary unique characteristic is that it are made partially, if not entirely, from buckwheat. How To Use

You can easily enjoy this soba two ways:
• To make soup noodles: Without opening, place the stock sachet in a bowl of warm water to heat it up. Bring 500ml of water to the boil and add the soba noodles. Boil for a further approx. 5 mins. Stop the heat and add the soup stock.
• To make dipping noodles: Without opening, place the stock sachet in a bowl of warm water to heat it up. Bring 1l of water to the boil and add the soba noodles. Boil for a further approx. 7 mins. In a separate bowl add the soup stock and 80ml of hot water. Rinse the noodles and drain well.

Eat as cold and hot both .\nIt is perfect meal when cook soup with pieces of chicken thigh and leek .\nVery easy to cook because soup in it.\nRecommend to people who does not have time for proper cooking. Very easy and quick.\n\n
