Whole Pickled Takuan Radish (Tokyo Takuan Ipponzuke), 600 g
An extra-large size Takuan, which is a yellow pickled Japanese radish, known as ‘daikon’. It is usually sliced and served with an array of different Japanese dishes, accompanied by miso soup and rice. It has a light, fresh flavour with a crunchy consistency softened just a little by the pickling. A true Japan Centre favourite!
