En lätt burk med smulor av kycklingbuljong till soppa, på kinesiskt vis. Denna fylliga vita buljong används som bas i många populära nudelrätter, som bland annat ramen. Du kan också använda den för att laga stekt ris, stekta grönsaker eller gyoza (kinesisk dumpling). Mycket användbar! Gjord på kyckling och kryddor.

Traditionally made from katsuobushi bonito flakes and konbu kelp strained together amongst other methods, instant varieties are much quick and easier to prepare.

How To Use

To add a Chinese twist for meals for 4 people:
• Add 1.5 tbsp to chahan fried rice.
• When cooking fried vegetables add 1.5 tbsp straight to the pan.
• Add 1.5 tbsp to Chinese style soups.
