Using 100% enoki mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture, Japan, these enoki mushrooms are chopped into small pieces, boiled and soaked in a classic Japanese light soy sauce to release the natural umami flavours. Perfect to enjoy as a starter, side dish with steamed rice or use the whole jar to add flavours to tofu and steamed vegetables.
