Chazuke is a small bowl of rice into which green tea, water or dashi soup is added to create a rice soup mixture, to which garnishes such as salmon, umeboshi and wasabi can be added. While commonly enjoyed in Japan, it is not a dish that is especially well-known in the Western world.

How To Use

• Add approx. 6-7g of chazuke to 100g of cooked rice.
• Add approx.150ml of hot water to enjoy!
