Background

One of the lesser-known varieties of Japanese noodle, somen are long and very thin wheat noodles that are most notorious for how little time they take to prepare. They are commonly served cold with tsuyu dipping sauce and assorted garnishes, but they are also excellent for hot noodle soups. How To Use

Boil one bundle of noodles in 500ml of water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse. Serve as you like.
