How To Use

Use these richly flavoured stock cubes to create alternatives to:
• Soy sauce - Boil the 2 cups of the stock together with 1-2 teaspoons of treacle and 2 teaspoons of cider/balsamic vinegar. Flavour with garlic or ginger as preferred. 
• Dashi - Add this stock to help enrich a simple kombu kelp dashi when its short of thickness and/or depth of flavour.
