Masuyamiso Moshio Salt Nabe Hotpot Sauce, 200 g
Hotpot sauce packed with delicious freshwater clam extract.
A deliciously umami-filled hotpot stew is yours to make at home with this salted nabe soup stock. With 2000 worth of freshwater clam extract and 800mg of ornithine amino acid, this stock will make you feel warm and healthy in no time. Add lettuce or cabbage for a more enhanced flavour.
• Pour contents of packet into a hot pot, along with about 1200ml water. Mix well and bring to the boil on a low heat.
• Once boiling, turn the heat up to medium and add 200g pork cut into bite-size pieces. Skim the scum that forms off the top.
• Once the pork has cooked through, add shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and either a chopped whole lettuce or half a cabbage (the lettuce leaves should be added last, just before serving).
• Once all of the ingredients have heated through, hand out the serving plates and help yourselves.
