Create fun and colourful cocktails with Japanese fruit liqueurs. Featuring the sweet/sour flavours of momoshu peach wine and umeshu plum wine, each of these cocktail blends has a distinctly delicious taste of its own. Enjoy as a boozy indulgence during a summer picnic, as an after dinner drink, or as an indulgent treat just for you.

  1. Momoshu and Ichi… Go
    • 30ml vodka
    • 30ml momoshu peach wine
    • 15ml strawberry liqueur
    • dash of fresh lime juice
    • yuzu peel

    1. Combine all ingredients (except the lime) together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
    2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well combined, and add a dash of fresh lime juice to a chilled martini glass before before pouring in the contents.
    3. Garnish with yuzu peel.

  2. Kirei on the Way
    • 40ml umeshu plum wine
    • 10ml cointreau
    • 10ml peach tea
    • 10ml lemon juice
    • a fresh strawberry

    1. Combine all ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
    2. Pour into a tumbler and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
