Utilise the light, soft flavour of bizan shochu in this sensational Matcha Boost cocktail. The mellow fruitiness of the shochu is improved upon with the use of pineapple juice, while being counterbalanced by the crisper flavours of ginger, mint, lime juice, and, of course, matcha green tea. An ideal cocktail for getting everybody started at parties.

材料

40ml bizan shochu
100ml pineapple juice
10ml syrup
6 limes
mint
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
matcha powder

手順

  1. Muddle the mint, lime, syrup, and ginger into a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake hard. Then double strain into a chilled martini glass. Enjoy.
