Take your steak to the next level with this Wagyu steak and Sansho daikon ponzu recipe. This delicious steak dish is all about simple perfection. An expertly prepared steak served with refreshing ponzu, grated daikon, and just a little sansho pepper – surely it does not get much better than this. Enjoy with leafy salad greens.

材料

• 500 grams wagyu rib-eye or sirlion steak
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 100 ml yuzu ponzu
• 50 grams fresh daikon radish, finely grated
• 1/2 teaspoon shichimiya premium sansho

手順

  1. Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Rub steaks with olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper.

  2. Grill the steak until it cooks as you like it. Take off the heat and let rest for a few minutes.

  3. While steak is resting, mix grated daikon radish with yuzu ponzu in a small dish.

  4. When steak is ready to serve, sprinkle liberally with sansho pepper. Serve with daikon ponzu dipping sauce.
