1 piece dried tofu
4 chestnuts

120ml dashi stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp cooking sake
2 eggs
1 tsp hijiki seaweed
2-3 green beans
2 tsp tsuyu soup stock
50g chestnuts in syrup (kuri kanroni)
