Sencha is the most common variety of Japanese tea and accounts for approximately 80% of the tea produced in Japan. Sencha has a greenish, golden colour and can be enjoyed hot or cold.
As this tea is packaged in teabags, it is simple to prepare.
• Add one teabag per cup or one teabag per person if brewing in a pot.
• Use approximately 80°C water to brew the tea.
• Allow the tea to infuse for one minute, then remove the tea bag.
