背景

Noodles are one of the staples of Japanese cuisine, being the most commonly consumed carbohydrate after rice. 使い方

• Add 100g noodles to a pan of 1L boiling water. Adjust the noodles as they soften until they are fully submerged. Let boil for 4 minutes.
• When finished, strain and rinse with cold water to cool down.
• Serve with a tsuyu dipping sauce and assorted garnishes.
