梅の本場紀州で明治30年より梅干しの製造販売を続ける「中田食品」の梅酒です。梅は自慢の完熟南高梅、仕込み水はモンドセレクション最高賞を受賞した名水「南紀白浜 富田の水」を使用。しそなどの天然色素を加えて美しい赤色を演出しました。

Umeshu is made by steeping unripened Japanese plums in alcohol and sugar to allow the flavours to infuse. The sour flavour of the ume plums and the sweetness of the sugar combine to give umeshu a sweet and sour flavour. Best served chilled, umeshu can be enjoyed straight, mixed with soda, or combined with other beverages for a seriously fruity cocktail!


This delicious drink is fantastic as either an aperitif or digestif.
• Drink straight, on the rocks or with champagne for a truly indulgent cocktail.
• Mix Ume Shu with lemonade or soda to make an ume sour.
• Add a splash to hot green tea to make a delicious winter warmer.
