背景

Udon noodles are the thick, white, chewy noodles frequently seen in a variety of Japanese dishes. Although barbecued udon and cold zaru udon dishes exist in abundance, udon is most commonly seen submerged in a clear tsuyu soup broth and topped with meat slices, tofu, mochi, and/or assorted vegetables.

使い方

These udon noodles are almost too easy!
• Add one packet of noodles per person to a pot of boiling water (approx. 500ml per packet).
• Cook for 2-3 minutes before draining.
• Add the cooked noodles to a bowl with udon noodle soup and serve with your favourite toppings.
• Alternatively, heat up by cutting a small slit in the corner of a packet and placing the packet in a 700W microwave for 2 minutes.
