背景

Like nabe, sukiyaki is another type of Japanese hot pot, where meat, vegetables and other ingredients are cooked slowly in a rich soy sauce-based broth, almost like a stew. Often cooked at a table, everybody helps themselves once the sukiyaki is ready.

使い方

Sukiyaki is great to enjoy around the table with friends and family.
• Bring pot of water to a gentle simmer.
• Add your meat or slower cooking vegetables.
• Add the rest of the vegetables, tofu and shiratake noodles, as well as the sukiyaki sauce.
