Japan may be well known for its blending of Japanese and Western tastes but it is also home to a number of Asian fusion dishes. Adopting hotter dishes and ingredients from neighbouring China and South Korea, the Japanese have become huge fans of other Asian cuisine.

In just 5 and a half minutes you can make crab omelette for two!
• In a mixing bowl, add 3 eggs and the crab omelette mix and mix well.
• Add some vegetable oil in a frying pan, once it’s heated through pour in the egg mix and stir well. Once it’s half cooked form it into a circle shape. When it has turned golden brown, flip over the omelette and lightly fry it. Stop the heat and transfer the omelette to a plate.
• Add 180ml water and the ankake mix to the frying pan. Mix well and start heating. When the sauce begins to bubble, reduce the heat and stir continuously until the sauce begins to thicken, then pour on the omelette.

It is hard to cook egg meal as main. The Japanese Chinese dish is great as main dish.
Yummy and flavorful.
