A quick and easy short cut for making ginger pork:
• For 200 g of thinly sliced pork, use 3 tablespoons of Daisho's shogayaki sauce.
• Drizzle the ginger pork sauce over the pork and leave to soak through for about 5 minutes.
• Heat oil in a frying pan and carefully add the pork to cook on a medium heat.
