There are so many different types of instant ramen in the market now, food manufacturers have become increasingly inventive with their flavour combinations. Igarashi Seimen have decided to focus on local ramen varieties. Their range of ramen flavours range from the soy sauce, pork and sardine ramen of Kitakata to the crab, prawn and scallop salt ramen of Otaru. Why not try out some of these fantastic flavours for yourself?

使い方

To make a delicious tonkotsu ramen meal:

  • •Bring 550ml of water to boil in a pan and carefully add the noodles.
  • •Allow to boil for 2 minutes.
  • •Break apart the noodles and continue to boil for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • •After boiling, turn off the heat and add the soup stock. Stir well.
  • •Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.
