背景

Soba is one of the three most commonly eaten types of noodle in Japan (along with udon and ramen). Soba’s primary unique characteristic is that it are made partially, if not entirely, from buckwheat. 使い方

• Add one bunch of soba noodles to 1L water. Push noodles as they soften until completely submerged. Allow to cook for around 5 minutes.
• Once cooked, strain and add straight to a hot noodle soup (if enjoying hot), or strain and rinse under cold water to cool down, if enjoying cold.
• If enjoying cold, serve on a zaru tray or plate with tsuyu dipping sauce on the side.
