Rice crackers are as common in Japan as potato crisps are in Western countries. These unassuming discs or balls of fried or roasted rice come in a staggering variety of flavours, from spicy chilli pepper to savoury nori seaweed to sweet black sugar. For an exciting collection of Japanese rice crackers, take a look at Japan Centre's Rice Crackers & Snacks section.
I got these on offer because of the expiry date being close. Great buy, very crunchy and tasty. Loved they were individually packaged but not overly so and it had fun designs on each of them.
