冷凍食品の注文

すべての冷凍商品はポリエステルの箱にクールジェルと一緒に送られてきます。そのため、Nominated Day Delivery をご利用ください。

冷凍食品を含んだご注文は、月曜日から木曜日の間に発送され、発送の翌日9時から18時の間に配送される予定です。 料金が別途かかりますが、

Saturday Deliveryをご利用いただくことができます。

冷凍商品を含むご注文は、クールジェルを入れた箱に入れて発送します。 クールジェルを含む送料は、商品の総量によって£2.50～£18.25かかり、チェックアウトの際に追加されます。 冷蔵されていた商品は、配送の間に溶けてきます。

到着後は、冷蔵庫に入れ、記載のUse By Date(消費期限)に従い、期限以内に消費してください。

ポリエステルの箱に入って届いた商品は、絶対に冷蔵しないでください。

冷蔵商品を含んだ商品の配送に遅れが出た場合(弊社発送後の遅れ)に関しては、冷蔵・冷凍商品の品質を保証することは出来かねますのでご了承ください。

Delivering Frozen Orders

●　All orders with frozen products are packed with dry ice and sent using our DPD Nominated Day Delivery.

●    Frozen orders cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to order additional items, please place a separate order.

●　All orders containing frozen products are dispatched Thursdays and will be delivered the Friday after between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Dispatch times may be limited due to national holidays.

●　Packaging cost for frozen items starts from £4.60 and increases depending on the volume and weight of products and will be added during the checkout.

●　Please freeze upon receiving and consume by the Best Before Date.

●　Please be aware that we cannot change the delivery address of frozen orders once dispatched. If you will need to make an amendment before dispatch please let us know by email at enquiry@japancentre.com or call us at 020 3405 1151. We can make no amendments to orders after dispatch.
