Unite una ricetta classica giapponese alla regina della cucina italiana. Il gusto distintivo e umami del pollo in salsa teriyaki si abbina perfettamente alla base croccante della pizza. Provate a preparare questa pizza per una festa e non abbiate paura di provare altri ingredienti giapponesi, come ad esempio i funghi shiitake.


• 1 porro
• 2 cucch. salsa di soia
• 4 cucch. mirin
• 1/4 cucch.ino zucchero
• 4 cucch. sake da cucina
• 200g macinato di pollo
• 4 cucch. maionese
• 1 base per pizza già pronta
• 100g mozzarella
• 1/4 foglio di alghe nori


  1. Begin by cutting the leek with a green onion cutter, which cuts all kinds of onions into strips in no time. Try to make the strips about 4cm long, as we will use them for the topping.

  2. In a pan, mix the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and cooking sake. Once done, let the mix simmer slowly on low heat for a few minutes before adding the chicken mince.

  3. Once your chicken mince has simmered long enough, strain and mix the remaining teriyaki sauce into the mayonnaise. Spread the mayonnaise evenly on your pizza base and add the chicken mince. This is a good point to start preheating your oven to 250 degrees.

  4. Finally add the shredded leek and the shredded cheese as toppings and put in the oven for about 10 minutes. Once your pizza is ready, add some shredded nori seaweed and enjoy.
