Se volete un piatto di carne sostanzioso e con una carica piccante, il mabo don fa al caso vostro. Questo tipo di don (piatti unici di riso con carne/verdure serviti in una ciotola) è composto da un misto di macinato di manzo, tofu e diversi condimenti, e si ispira a una serie di piatti piccanti della provincia cinese dello Sichuan chiamati "mabo". Da servire come pranzo semplice o come cena leggera, magari accompagnato da qualche gyoza.

Ingredienti

• 100g macinato di manzo 
• 1 bustina di salsa per mabo tofu
• 1 confezione di tofu solido
• 4 cipollotti
• 1 cucch.ino olio al peperoncino la-yu (facoltativo)
• 600g riso

Preparazione

  4. Finally, add the tofu cubes and stir gently into the sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes before taking off the heat and pouring equally over your bowls of freshly steamed rice. Lastly, sprinkle one finely sliced spring onion on the top of each bowl to serve.

• Each mabo tofu stir-fry sauce has a different degree of spiciness, try to find the one that’s best for you.
• You can also use minced pork or chicken (or no meat at all). In that case you can replace it with shiitake mushrooms, aubergine or other vegetables of your choice.
