Give your Pina Colada a Japanese twist! Instead of using rum, this creamy, luscious tropical cocktail uses Nigori sake, giving it an extra mellow and sweet aftertaste. While its quick and easy to prepare at home, the indulgent flavour will impress your summer party guests for sure.

Ingredienti

Gekkeikan Nigori Sake 75ml
Pineapple Juice 50ml
Coconut Cream 50ml
Frozen Pineapple Chunks 30g (Fresh or Canned)

Preparazione

  1. Place the pineapple chunks into the blender, reserve one for garnish (optional)

  2. Shake the Nigori sake bottle gently before opening

  3. Add 75ml of Gekkeikan Nigori Sake, 50ml of pineapple juice, 50ml of coconut cream

  4. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  5. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
