Ingredienti

60 ml Gekkeikan Umeshu
100 ml Merchant Hart Soda Water
6 lime wedges
A sprig of mint

Preparazione

  1. Muddle the mint with the lime wedges.
  2. Add the brown sugar and continue to muddle.
  3. Add the crushed ice.
  4. Followed by the umeshu and soda water.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Add a sprig of mint and lime wedge to garnish.
