Preparazione

  1. Preheat the oven to 160C.

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. On a chopping board, slice each roll of cookie dough into 4 thick, even rounds.

  4. Place each slice onto the tray and use a spoon to slightly flatten them out and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning the tray halfway through baking.

  5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray until firm to the touch.
